Theresa Kennedy has a BA in Anthropology from Vanderbilt University and a MBA in Technology Management (Commercialization of New Technology) from University of Phoenix. She is a wife of 21 years and mother of 5. In 2006 Theresa Kennedy started her Real Estate career at VILLAGE Real Estate in Nashville, TN. VILLAGE Real Estate developed, marketed, and sold condo developments creating the new urban lifestyle that has made Nashville one of the top cities in America. In 2018 Theresa Kennedy began her career in commercial real estate with Levin Commercial Real Estate in Atlantic City, NJ. She then completed her Masters in Commercial Property, MiCP.  She is currently working with Keller Williams Atlantic Shore in the KW Commercial division. In 2021 Theresa Kennedy joined, Foundation for International Blockchain and Real Estate Expertise: The leading international network for exchanging knowledge between the real estate industry, the IT sector and blockchain technology, as a Regional Chair in Atlantic City, NJ. She hosts meetings around Real Estate Tokenization. She also is a Crypto Certified Agent with for Real Estate Agents using cryptocurrency in closings or blockchain technology in the transaction of real estate process. She is a founding member of REtoken DAO LLC, a real estate tokenization decentralized autonomous organization.
