May 2024 – the month that will be remembered as the Ethereum ETF approval month. Seemingly out of nowhere, we celebrated the arrival of another ETF into the market.<\/h4>\n

As a company making history and transforming the real estate industry, Propy is proud to have contributed to the Ethereum ecosystem since 2017. We believe that with the approval of Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, more institutional players will have the opportunity to delve deeper into the Web3 space and advance tokenization to new heights.<\/p>\n

This month, we announced the 2024 Roadmap. With our goal to redefine the landscape of the home-buying industry, we created a step-by-step plan to reach each milestone. Inman Connect Miami<\/h3>\n

Florida is Florida not only for its sunny weather but also for its networking opportunities. This month, the team attended one of the key real estate events in Miami – Inman Connect. Interested in some highlights? Here we go:<\/p>\n

Tokenize This Miami<\/h3>\n

Another notable event the team attended was Tokenized This. Natalia was among the speakers, providing insights on Tokenized Real Estate, Investing in Tokenized Assets, and Tokenization Market Trends. With numerous expert speakers, this event offered a comprehensive overview of everything related to tokenization, DeFi, DApps, and real estate.<\/p>\n

Propy in the News<\/h3>\n

But that\u2019s not all\u2014Propy also made headlines this month. As the tokenization space gains traction, we were featured in the report by the blockchain analytics firm Messari. Here\u2019s a quote: “Protocols such as digital carbon market platforms Toucan and KlimaDAO, and real estate tokenization protocol Propy have seen the lion\u2019s share of that growth in terms of active users.”<\/p>\n
