This marks our third acquisition &#8211; and a major milestone in our <strong>$100 million AI-led rollup strategy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>More importantly, it represents a powerful expansion into <strong>institutional real estate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Fixing the Institutional Bottleneck<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Boss Law specializes in high-volume, complex closings for institutional players &#8211; serving three of the largest residential REITs and the largest wholesale investor in the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>In a $154.6 billion Florida housing market, top investors are closing <strong>50 to 200+ deals per month<\/strong>.
