The event will take place at the Aria Resort from July 22 to July 26 and will feature hands-on workshops, a look at the latest in real estate technology, and insights from more than 250 speakers. Propy, an early blockchain adopter<\/a>, is firmly established as a leader in the PropTech space. Natalia Karayaneva will touch on our company\u2019s journey, blockchain, and related tech in her first talk, \u201cTech Tools Enabling a Digital Transformation.\u201d This presentation is scheduled for July 23 at 3:30 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Karayaneva’s second Inman appearance will be July 24 at 11:45 am. In these remarks, titled \u201cWhere Is All of This Headed? The Good, The Bad and The Ugly,\u201d she will communicate her vision of the future of real estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Inman Connect, Propy will be at Booth #413<\/a> to offer demos of its All-In-One Transaction Platform<\/a>. The solution allows buyers and sellers to sign their documents virtually via DocuSign and store deeds on the blockchain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Propy has already been working with the city of South Burlington in Vermont to store deeds on the blockchain. Additionally, Propy’s platform was recently used to sell a $1.6 million San Francisco property owned by CrunchFund, a venture capital fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
