A native of Miami, FL, Keva obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Management and her Masters Degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University where she was also a Miami Boards of Realtor Scholar and a SIOR Foundation Recipient. She also became one of Propy’s first Crypto Certified Pro Agents and sold the first Florida based property on the blockchain through her real estate brokerage “The Chester Realty Group” where she is the Founder and CEO. She is skilled in consulting with international clients and provides investors with the power to buy and sell both residential and commercial properties on Multiple Listing Services (MLS), Non- fungible token (NFT) properties and off market properties internationally using traditional financing, cash or digital financing.
As an innovative real estate broker, Keva has developed innovative approaches to educate urban communities about financial literacy in which she secured her first major partnership with the Southeast Overtown Parkwest Community Rehabilitation Agency to teach and prepare the residents about the value and importance of homeownership. She also provided real estate consultation services and has served on the Board for Miami Gardens Nuisance and South Dade Chamber of Commerce. Keva is passionate about providing the necessary resources needed to achieve financial sustainability to live a fruitful life.
Prior to her success in the real estate industry, Keva was a Certified Correctional Officer with the Miami Dade Correction and Rehabilitation Department for almost a decade. There, she developed an appreciation for the value of education in one’s achievement of short and long term success and sufficiency.
