A second-generation real estate agent known for her passion, diligence and meticulous attention to detail, Gillian Jones brings over 17 years of industry experience to The Agency’s Palm Desert office. Over the course of her storied career, Gillian has served in both leadership and sales roles, garnering a breadth of client-centric experience that has proven invaluable to a diverse set of buyers and sellers across Southern California. After relocating to California from her native Canada, Gillian met her husband, a Commercial Realtor. The two joined forces and created a real estate partnership with more than 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate across North America with a focus on Coachella Valley. Before joining The Agency, Gillian was a Managing Director for La Quinta Resort & Spa, a Waldorf Astoria Property, managing the company’s three real estate divisions. Prior to her career in real estate, she specialized in cosmetic dentistry in Newport Beach and Beverly Hills, attending to a distinguished clientele ranging from the Gray Family of Grayse and St. John to Buzz Aldrin, Cher, Barbra Streisand, Gwen Stefani and George Clooney. During this time she mastered the art of impeccable customer service, an eye for beauty and the utmost attention to detail, traits which carried over seamlessly to real estate. An adventurer at heart, when Gillian’s not representing clients in real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, running marathons, and fitting in travel whenever time allows. She has served on the board of numerous charitable organizations throughout the Coachella Valley and was a Girl Scout troop leader for several years. Most recently, she served as 2017 President for National Charity League Desert Cities and remains an active member with her two daughters.

Charles Borromeo joins The Agency El Paseo with a wealth of experience in luxury homes and renovations, serving Palm Desert and the greater Coachella Valley as well as Los Angeles. With the ability to deeply connect with individuals and understand their dreams and goals, Charles is a loyal advisor to his clients, keeping their best interests at the forefront throughout every step of the real estate process. A fourth-generation American Filipino, Charles was born in Makati, Philippines, and came to Los Angeles when he was ten years old. He attended Marymount College and Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, studying business marketing and fashion design. He helped build his family business in healthcare, worked in entertainment finances, and became a top sales representative for EMK Beverly Hills, a luxury skincare company. He started in real estate simply to protect his family’s real estate investments—renovated multimillion-dollar homes operated as Airbnb properties. Becoming an agent was the next right step and something he has enjoyed immensely. When he’s not serving his clients, Charles loves to travel and experience the world and spend time with family and close friends. He enjoys golf, pickleball, and hiking. Although he has a taste for finer things, he appreciates life’s simplicities as well. He has been involved in several charities, such as the Beverly Hills Firefighters Association, SafeHouse of the Desert, and has worked to provide supplies for those who suffered Typhoon Haiyan.
