In 2020, 8z Realtors averaged 21 transactions and $10.4 Million in volume per Realtor for a total of 2778 transactions and $1.4 Billion in Volume, numbers we have already surpassed in 2021. It’s truly amazing what full-time Real Estate professionals who put their client’s needs and interests above their own can accomplish. Doug focuses on systems, systems training, the 8z technology stack, business plans, and lead conversion.

My aim is to make an impact on society by helping individuals in gaining their financial freedom through real estate. Out of real estate, I love spending time with my wife and three boys, teaching them boxing. I also enjoy watching sports, traveling with my family, and reading self-development books.
