Boss Law is a premier firm with a very specific superpower: they handle the complex, high-volume closing requirements of institutional REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) and massive wholesale investors. Their client base includes three of the largest residential REITs and the largest wholesale investor in the country.
Florida has a $154.6 billion annual residential market. Within that market, large fix-and-flip investors are closing anywhere from 50 to 200+ deals every single month.
They cannot afford the standard 45 to 60-day closing timeline. They require files closed in 5 to 14 days.
Historically, hitting that kind of speed meant crushing a title team with manual paperwork and data entry. Institutional capital moves fast, but legacy title infrastructure struggles to keep up at scale.
