Palo Alto, CA: Today, Propy, Inc. (Propy) announced a new partnership with Escrow Agent Japan Co. (EAJ), the largest escrow service provider in Japan. This partnership will help Propy expand to the Japanese market and, together with EAJ, build a transaction platform equipped with blockchain recording functionality for the local real estate market.
The goal of the partnership is to develop an international real estate transaction management solution that will prevail in Japan. By combining technology and expertise, the companies aim to reduce the amount of time that real estate professionals spend on property registration processes at the Legal Affairs Bureau of Japan. Additionally, the platform will ensure that transactions are secure – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
