To get your credit
3 simple rules from the state.
Camera on
Stay on camera and visible for the whole class. Phone only does not count.
Stay for the full class
Join on time and stay until the very end. If you arrive late or leave early, the state will not let us issue credit.
Use your license name
Join Zoom under the name on your license, and double check your license number.
Is it free?
Yes. No cost, no card, nothing to buy at the end.
Do I need to be a Propy customer?
No. Any licensed agent can join.
Do I need to know crypto?
No, and most people in the room do not. The class starts from how a transaction actually works and builds from there. If you have never touched a wallet, you are the person this was written for.
How do I get my certificate?
Preferred Systems, Inc. issues it after the class and reports your credit to the state. Two things have to be true: you attended the full course, and you were signed in to Zoom under the name on your real estate license. Watch for it within five business days. If it has not arrived by then, email marketing@propy.com and we will chase it. Make sure the license number on your registration is correct, because that is what the credit is reported against.
What if I have to leave early?
You need to stay for the full duration of the class to get your credit. This is a state requirement, so if you leave early we cannot send you a certificate, even if you saw most of the class. If you know you cannot stay for all 3 hours, sign up for a later date instead.
