Is it free?
Yes. No cost, no card, and nothing to buy at the end.
Which states does it count in?
The course is approved for 3.00 elective credit hours in Arizona, Colorado, Florida and Texas. Approval numbers for each state are in the table above. Credits are issued and reported by Preferred Systems, Inc.
Do I need to know anything about crypto first?
No, and most people in the room do not. The class starts from how a transaction actually works and builds from there. If you have never touched a wallet you are the person this was written for.
How do I get my certificate?
Preferred Systems, Inc. issues it after the class and reports your credit to the state. Two things have to be true: you attended the full course, and you were signed in to Zoom under the name on your real estate license. Watch for it within five business days. If it has not arrived by then, email marketing@propy.com and we will chase it.
Make sure the license number on your registration is correct, because that is what the credit is reported against.
Do I have to be on camera?
Yes, on camera and visible for the full duration of the course. This is the state’s requirement for live online CE, not ours, and we cannot waive it. Joining by phone or with your camera off does not qualify, even if you are listening to every word.
What happens if I have to leave early?
The state requires more than 150 minutes in the room before credit can be issued, so if you leave before that we cannot certify you, even if you were there for most of it. Come to the next class instead and keep the credit.
If you already know you cannot sit the full three hours, register for a later date rather than this one.
Do I need to be a Propy customer?
No. The class is open to any licensed agent.
