Around 68% of escrow files from connected inboxes were created automatically in September. The file is opened and the details captured before anyone on the team types a word, and that time goes back to the work people were hired for: solving exceptions and guiding clients. Our closers handle more transactions, and clients get more of their attention.
Progress with AI-powered mortgage payoff automation
Ordering a mortgage payoff is one of the most repetitive steps in a closing: contact the lender, request the statement, follow up, then follow up again.
This month we made real progress automating that step with AI. Payoff requests are now sent and tracked automatically, so our team spends less time chasing statements and more time keeping the closing on schedule.
Online earnest money deposits reached a new milestone
