Gabrielle joined the real estate industry in 2004 and has previously served as an owner/broker at GM Realty Group, a boutique brokerage, from 2014-2019. In this role she supported sales, agent management and day to day operational real estate excellence to the Sarasota, Tampa Bay, Northeast Florida and Miami markets closing over $18MM in sales in 2016. Then in 2019 & 2020 Gabrielle Channell served as a Broker Associate and #2 agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty out of the Lakewood Ranch office.
Gabrielle is highly involved in the residential real estate market throughout regions of Sarasota County to Hillsborough County. As a seasoned professional, Gabrielle serves as a client liaison, providing expertise, support, and ensuring a smooth & seamless transaction for buyers and sellers.
Gabrielle & her husband Ryan joined Berkshire Hathaway Florida Realty in Jan 2019 as The Channell Team, earning the Presidents Circle Award and achieved top 5% throughout the BHHS U.S. network in 2019 and 2020. They have also achieved VUR's #1 agent in the Veterans United Realty Network throughout the Sarasota and Manatee County areas & have received awards from Veterans United Realty over the years.
