Nearly two decades’ experience in the financial services field with an emphasis in residential lending arms Yasser Ponce with 360-degree knowledge of real estate transactions, from finding to financing a home. During his time on the banking side of the industry, where he worked at large commercial institutions such as Bank of Boston (now Bank of America) and Washington Mutual Bank (now JPMorgan Chase), Yasser gained a wealth of knowledge on how to manage complicated deals and handle his clients’ transactions with the greatest confidentiality. He has since translated his financial and real estate expertise into a flourishing real estate career and is proud to be a Founding Agent at Compass in Miami. In November of 2020, Yasser was presented with the opportunity to lead 3 prosperous Miami offices as a Sales Manager. Currently managing Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and South Miami with nearly 80 principals and 500 agents.
