From a new partnership with the leading onchain lending protocol to record-breaking transactions and surging stablecoin adoption, each milestone reinforced our mission to make real estate faster, safer, and more accessible.

Morpho Partnership: Financing Meets Real Estate

This past month Propy announced a collaboration with Morpho Labs, the most trusted onchain lending network. The partnership connects two natural counterparts: financing and real estate onchain.

Our starting point is Morpho’s lending vaults, where idle USDC in escrow can now generate yield. Next is a crypto loan product directly tied to a home closing. This step positions Propy at the intersection of decentralized finance and real property, creating new value streams for buyers, sellers, and agents.

Market Update: Stablecoins and Tokenized Assets Accelerate

August marked a turning point for real-world assets. Tokenized stocks surged 220 percent in July, echoing the early DeFi boom, while RWAs overall are projected to approach $1.3T in market size, just one percent of global equity.

Stablecoins are also seeing rapid adoption. Following the GENIUS Act’s federal framework, Goldman Sachs signaled the start of “Stablecoin Summer.” With $270B in circulation, settlement is shifting from days to minutes, opening the door for property to finally move at internet speed.

As Propy CEO Natalia Karayaneva shared in Forbes:

“At Propy we’ve seen a surge in transactions in stablecoins in July after the GENIUS Act passed. Real estate developers are now accepting stablecoins like USDC and USD1 via crypto-friendly escrow companies.”

Together, stablecoins and tokenized assets are reshaping how value flows across markets, and real estate is positioned to be one of the largest beneficiaries.

Propy Title continued to redefine speed and reliability in closings this month.

With eXp Realty agent Tasha Goins, escrow was opened at 9:00 PM and earnest money deposited by 9:04 PM. What once required days happened in four minutes.

Tasha described the experience as “simple, fast, and effortless,” adding that both she and her client were impressed by how secure and seamless the process felt compared to past transactions.

Propy CRO Eric Cruz led discussions that gave agents a forward-looking view of where the industry is heading. From 24/7 escrow deposits to AI-driven compliance checks, he outlined how technology is removing friction from every step of a transaction.
