The World's 1st Blockchain-enabled Title & Escrow

April with Propy

April marked a powerful acceleration in Propy’s mission to re-architect real estate for the digital era. Through strategic partnerships, national speaking appearances, and targeted industry education, we continued to demonstrate that blockchain in real estate is no longer a theoretical concept.

It is functioning infrastructure, already delivering value. From classrooms and conferences to podcasts and platform integrations, we advanced our commitment to transparency, speed, and trust in how property is bought, sold, and secured.

Breaking Barriers: Propy Teams Up with Proof to Revolutionize Identity Verification in Real Estate

This month, Propy announced a key integration with Proof, a nationwide leader in identity verification and digital notarization. By embedding Proof’s secure verification tools directly into our platform, Propy now enables buyers and sellers to schedule notarizations instantly and authenticate documents in real time. This can be done online or in person, without exposing transactions to fraud risks or delays.

As Natalia Karayaneva noted,

“This isn’t just an enhancement. It’s a critical final oracle for executing self-driving real estate transactions through smart contracts.”

Together, we are building a new standard where trust is established through secure digital verification and compliance is embedded into every workflow.

University of Miami: Preparing Future Leaders for Onchain Real Estate

Propy CEO Natalia Karayaneva was invited to speak at the University of Miami’s Fintech class, taught by Professor Jason Damm, CFA. The room was filled with engaged and curious students who didn’t just want to learn. They wanted to understand how real estate and blockchain intersect in practice.

Natalia shared the journey of building Propy from an idea into the leading blockchain-powered real estate platform in the U.S. The discussion went deep into market adoption, licensing frameworks, and the technical execution behind tokenizing property titles. These students asked sharp, insightful questions that reflected a generation ready to build what comes next.

Propy is proud to support that shift by giving future leaders access to the knowledge, tools, and infrastructure that will define tomorrow’s property markets.

St. Pete CE Course: Real Estate Professionals Signaling Readiness for Change

On April 2, Propy hosted a continuing education course for licensed agents in St. Petersburg, Florida. The session confirmed what we’ve seen across the country. Real estate professionals are no longer satisfied with outdated systems.

Attendees raised real-world challenges including paper-based closings, fragmented title workflows, and limited transparency. But more importantly, they showed a willingness to lead the shift toward faster, smarter, and more secure transactions.

Education isn’t just a feature of our platform. It is a cornerstone of our strategy. Events like this reinforce that agents are hungry for solutions that meet the demands of a rapidly digitizing industry. We’re not just delivering software, we’re delivering readiness.

Webinar Recap: Inside Hawaii’s First Onchain Real Estate Transaction

On April 30, Propy and crypto-certified agent Damon Rhys hosted a live webinar to break down the mechanics behind Hawaii’s first fully onchain real estate deal. The property was sold with the first-ever BTC-backed loan facilitated by Propy, marking a milestone in crypto-integrated real estate transactions, and attracting multiple onchain offers that demonstrated strong market interest and the growing adoption of blockchain in real estate.

The session brought together agents, investors, and institutional stakeholders seeking a deeper understanding of how blockchain infrastructure is actively reshaping real estate. Rather than focus on the headline, the conversation focused on execution: how smart contracts replaced the long escrow processes, how tokenized titles and deed RWAs function in practice, and how onchain compliance tools are streamlining authentication and settlement.

As more professionals look to adapt, Propy will continue providing educational forums that bridge industry curiosity with operational knowledge. More sessions to come.

Propy at Paris Blockchain Week: At the Core of Global Real Estate Innovation

Propy had a strong presence at Paris Blockchain Week 2025, one of the world’s most influential gatherings of blockchain leaders, policymakers, and institutional investors.
What stood out was not only the global scale of the event but the caliber of conversations. Blockchain was no longer being debated as an idea, it was being embraced as foundational infrastructure for next-generation systems.

Real estate, one of the world’s largest and most fragmented industries, continues to emerge as a premier use case. Propy’s presence was not for visibility. It was a strategic signal that we are not building around the edges. We are architecting the core infrastructure for real property ownership in the digital age.

Leading the Dialogue: Propy’s CEO Featured on Key Industry Show

Throughout April, our CEO Natalia Karayaneva amplified Propy’s message across top media platforms and institutional forums.

On the CryptoNewsAudio podcast, she outlined how blockchain is already transforming the $300 trillion global real estate market. Smart contracts, AI-powered compliance, and fully digital workflows are solving persistent inefficiencies and opening new global access points.

Later in the month, on the Paul Barron Network TechPath show, Natalia shared Propy’s scaling roadmap for Propy Title, which is now operational in Florida, Arizona, and Colorado. Five additional states are launching by year-end. She highlighted an all-time high in Q1 transaction volume and emphasized how Propy’s five-star reviews reflect a commitment to execution and security at scale.

Rather than speak in hypotheticals, Natalia emphasized the systems Propy has already deployed, the volume already transacted, and the expansion already underway.
