A team that chose to go first
Delta South was already a success story. The team handled over 40% of closings in Mobile County, agents trusted them, and profits were steady. They did not need to change anything.

Much of that comes from Avery, Propy’s AI escrow officer, who now handles the busywork.
How a closing changed in one year
The biggest change was processing. Every file used to mean printing the commitment, the contract, judgments, taxes and vesting deeds. Today processing involves zero printing and takes about an hour less per file.
Both offices saw nearly identical results, which tells us this is a system that works, not a lucky streak in one office. Some steps still need paper, like notarized documents, wet signatures and lender packages, and the team handles those the way they always have: carefully.
