In March alone over 150 real estate agents have attended Propy’s live classes to learn about transferring properties on-chain, how NFTing a home works, and why metaverse and digital land are the next trends. It’s an exciting time for the real estate industry, and we can’t wait to see where this innovation takes us!
Dedicated to setting up the strong fundamentals of the future, we also released our Roadmap with many exciting brand-new projects and features. It covers very thrilling topics so if you missed it, now is the time to catch up on all events that kept us busy for an entire month.
Propy 2023-2024 Roadmap
Our roadmap is essential not only for our team but also for the Propy community! In March, we proudly unveiled our roadmap for 2023-2024 as a way to push the boundaries of real estate innovation and vision into the future. Our plan is centered around crafting user experiences surrounding closing transactions, deploying Web3 initiatives for security advancements, and community involvement with NFTs, blockchain technology tools, and more. Additionally, we are committed to continually improving automation capabilities alongside utilizing cutting-edge technologies so that our users can have an optimal experience when using our platform.
With the launch of Propy Labs, we are thrilled to be able to further explore and innovate real estate technology. As a dedicated Web3 team, our focus will lie in improving the user experience for those who buy or sell properties as well as anyone else involved in this marketplace. We look forward to encouraging adoption through community contributions and continue pushing the limits of what is possible with real estate technology!
Among our goals for Q2 in 2023 is Ethereum Layer 2 Migration, Web3 portal to allow access to all Web3 features related to Propy’s vision, a new file, and document management module, a Consumer dashboard with price predictions, and more.

Propy at Hawaii: Education, Education, Education!
To be successful in Web3, education is indispensable. That’s why the Propy team works to constantly close this knowledge gap and introduce real estate agents and enthusiasts to the most recent developments from within the Web3 industry.
In March, we were blessed with the opportunity to embark on a journey to one of the Earth’s most stunning locations – Hawaii. There, our team had the privilege of sharing our knowledge about blockchain and Web3 technologies with over 100 real estate agents on the island. The topic of the class was Crypto, Blockchain, and Real Estate and we demonstrated how these innovative tools are revolutionizing the way we exchange value, offering faster, more reliable, and transparent methods for real estate transactions.
Furthermore, all real estate agents from Hawaii who attended the live course were rewarded with 5.0 Continuing Education credits by Hawaii State DCCA Real Estate Commission for learning this rapidly evolving technology. It was an unforgettable experience, and we left with a deep appreciation for the beauty of Hawaii and the power of technology to transform the world around us.
A step closer to the Metaverse: Meta Agent Live Course
March was a month filled with enlightening opportunities. In the past 30 days, we had the pleasure of hosting one more exceptional live course. This time, we explored the revolutionary realm of Metaverse with our Meta Agent Live Course.
Over 50 savvy real estate agents and tech enthusiasts took a deep dive into the exciting world of digital land investing. The 3-hour journey covered everything from the basics to advanced tactics and even explored the latest and greatest metaverses. With the knowledge and skills gained from this engaging educational session, participants are now equipped to navigate and capitalize on the endless opportunities found in the exciting digital realm.
We shared valuable insight into digital land investing and how it can become an amazing asset class for any portfolio diversification strategy. Our passionate team provided examples of celebrities who already invested in digital land while also exploring the potential of this emerging market.
